Jana Nayagan (transl. People’s Hero) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language political action thriller directed by H. Vinoth and produced by KVN Productions. The film stars Vijay in the lead role, alongside Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol, with supporting performances from Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, and Priyamani. Marking a significant milestone, this film is intended to be Vijay’s final on-screen appearance before his entry into politics and also serves as KVN Productions’ first Tamil venture.
The story follows Vijay’s character, a determined man seeking justice against a powerful businessman who caused him severe financial loss. As tensions rise, he prepares to confront his formidable adversary, aiming to settle their conflict while navigating the complexities of power, politics, and redemption.
